A year in Isentia is composed of 360 days, broken into 12 months, with 5 weeks in ever month, and 6 days in every week. Each day lasts 24 hours. The years are measured since the last ‘Major’ world event, in this case, since the last great war that pitted many smaller human nations against each other, eventually resulting in the formation of several larger nations.
Days of the Week
Every week is composed of 6 days:
- Dawnrise
- Nooncrest
- Duskfall
- Nightfall
- Twilight
- Eventide
Eventide is often the day of rest, whereas the rest of the days are work days.
Months
The months in the Isentian calendar are named after historic heroes, and represent an attribute or common characteristic of that hero. Each lasts a total of 30 days.
