“She danced with such grace, such passion, that every set of eyes in the room was instantly drawn to her. Her movements mimicked the light waves of the sea, and the expression upon her features carried the serenity of the moon, with just a hint of a smile. Her voice tantalized our ears like a fleeting kiss, a drop of sweet rain in an arid desert, leaving us starving for more. The thin silks she wore added little to her modesty, but surely set wildfire to my imagination.
Step.
She placed her foot forward on the stage, stretching herself out, as if reaching for us all. Her hands clawed all the way to her feet, her tail lifting high in the air, adorned with all manners of jewelry and decoration.
Step.
She brought her foot back, and spun about. Her hands slid down her sides, starting at her chest, and ending at her thighs.
Step.
She lunged backward on the stage, reaching for the dancing pole she’d ignored up until this point. We all stared with great anticipation for what came next. Three steps. That’s all it took to captivate us all.
And that’s how long it took for her friend to stealthily cut our purse-strings for their master.”
